We teach you basic coaching skills so you can communicate clearly, manage difficult conversations and give effective feedback.
We know how under pressure managers are, so there's no 'homework', other than putting your learning into practice between sessions, and we keep group sizes small, so there's plenty of opportunity for discussion, sharing and personal reflection.
